How to Fix Streaming Buffering
Buffering is almost always caused by network conditions rather than the streaming service itself. Here's how to diagnose and fix it.
First, run a speed test on the device you're streaming from. For HD content we recommend at least 15 Mbps, and 25 Mbps or higher for 4K.
Where possible, connect your streaming device to your router with an ethernet cable rather than relying on Wi-Fi, especially for 4K content.
Restart your router and streaming device periodically to clear temporary network and memory issues that can cause slowdowns.
If buffering persists, try lowering the stream quality in your app's settings, or reach out to our support team who can help identify the cause.
